Neeley P. Provost has been a practicing attorney since November 2008. She gained her experience as a public defender with Kankakee County and continued her career as an associate with Deck & Baron from 2016 to 2016. She returned to Deck Baron & Provost as a partner of the firm in 2025.

Her main areas of practice include estate planning, probate matters, landlord/tenant issues, and residential and commercial real estate. She is a family law mediator in the State of Illinois and also licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin.

Ms. Provost prides herself in developing a relationship with her clients based on communication, honesty and advocacy. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Society for Women in the Law (SWIL) for the Kankakee Bar Association and Women in Networking (WIN) for the Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce. In 2013, Ms. Provost was a recipient of the “40 under 40” award, honoring young professionals in Kankakee County. She is a parishioner at Maternity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church and resides in Bourbonnais, Illinois, with her two children.
