NEELEY P. PROVOST

Associate Attorney

Neeley P. Provost is an associate attorney with Deck & Baron who joined the law firm in March 2010.  She concentrates her practice on estate planning, probate, traffic, DUI, family law and general civil litigation. 

Ms. Provost’s professional activities include membership in the Kankakee Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and Wisconsin State Bar Association.

Ms. Provost earned her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (2008).  She received her undergraduate degree from Purdue University (B.A. 2005).  During her undergraduate studies, she studied for one semester at the Universidad de Seville in Seville, Spain and is conversational in Spanish.  She is admitted to the bar in Illinois and Wisconsin and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. 

Prior to joining Deck & Baron, Ms. Provost worked as a Public Defender in Kankakee County. 

Ms. Provost is a member of the Kankakee Regional Chamber of Commerce, Kankakee Regional Young Professionals Core Committee, American Cancer Society – Relay for Life Team Captain, Prairie State Legal Services Volunteer Attorney, Kankakee Development Corporation, Zonta Club of Kankakee, and a parishioner of Maternity B.V.M Catholic Church.  Ms. Provost has been a lifelong resident of Kankakee County.
